Biography:
Originally a math teacher from Slovakia, I came to Seattle in the late 90s to catch the .com wave. After several years spent in product groups at Microsoft, I followed my passion for people and organizational development. I transitioned to a Training Consultant role, and I'm pursuing a career of a Co-active Coach.
I’m intrigued by how people learn and why we do things the way we do them. I’m very interested in people’s life stories, their journeys, the moments they needed to make decisions, how they created certain habits in their lives…
Since work is a big part of everyone’s life and I often struggle balancing life and work, I spend a big chunk of my life reading and thinking about topics related to work and career development. I love discussing these topics with my friends, coworkers, and now with you as well.
